In this section, David's talking all about grilling in your woodfired oven.

As he says, don't call your oven a pizza oven but a woodfired oven and then you can cook anything in it - including grilling amazing steaks, chops, fish and vegetables, even fruit. 

To do this we use a Tuscan grill, sat over a bed of embers - so your oven is now effectively a barbecue.
